She earned her associate degree in nursing at Community College of Allegheny County, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of California in Los Angeles, California, and continued her studies at Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she also earned her Master of Science in nursing. Cindy is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She sees patients ages 18 and older and speaks English and Spanish.
